As a Data Governance Manager, you will oversee Data Governance at the group level, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and compliance standards.
You will also design a comprehensive data operating model tailored to the unique needs of the SEFE Group.You'll also be responsible for forming a vibrant community of data architects and engineers across the group, looking to foster an environment for knowledge exchange and collaboration to enhance data capabilities.
This will allow you to lead and coordinate data architects' efforts to achieve harmonised, enterprise-wide data governance, aligning data governance strategies with the overarching IT strategy of the SEFE Group.
A key focus to the position is developing and implementing policies and procedures for data governance and protection. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify and assess data risks and develop robust mitigation plans to safeguard data assets. You'll be expected to plan and execute a comprehensive enterprise-level data culture strategy. Instill a culture of data-driven decision-making and responsibility across the organisation.University degree in Project Management, IT, Business Administration, Economic Sciences, or comparable, or equivalent professional experience.
