    The JobThe primary function of the Talent Acquisition Specialist is to fulfil the business recruitment needs by sourcing a sustainable candidate pipeline to ensure that we find and hire the best talent to support our business in helping surgeons treat their patients better.

    The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a new and crucial role to support this goal and will be required to support all recruitment activity within Arthrex UK.


    Duties and Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to write job ads for current job vacancies.
    Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards and social networks (e.g. LinkedIn)Facilitate the employee referral scheme.
    Source candidates through online channels (e.g. professional networks and portfolio sites)Screen candidate applications and update candidate statuses on the company ATS.Screen candidates during various hiring stages, including phone and/ or supporting with first-round interviews.
    Report to hiring managers and the HR Manager on the status of open positions.
    Evaluate candidates based on their interview and assignment performance.
    Determine qualification criteria for each position.
    Analyse hiring data e.g. time to hire, candidate sources etc.
    Update job descriptions (e.g. add tasks or modify requirements)Answer candidates' queries regarding the application and wider recruitment process.
    Provide interview feedback, when necessary and appropriateParticipate in job fairs to boost company's reputation.
    Support HR with the onboarding of new hires as and when required.
    Complete candidate pre-screening and right to work checks.


    Education and Professional Experience:
    Must have at least 4 years' experience in a similar role

    Specific requirements:
    Experience and evidence of a successful recruitment background.
    Familiar with using ATS to manage the recruitment and selection process.
    Experience of specialist recruitment for medical devices and/or related roles would be advantageous.
    Experience of working with SAP would be beneficial.


    Working Arrangements:


    Please note that this is a full-time position (40 hours per week) core working hours of 09:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday.

    Flexibility is required. Hybrid working arrangement available.


    Travel activity:
    This role involves some business travel between the two Arthrex sites (Sheffield and Solihull)

    Compensation and benefits:
    Competitive salary based on level of experience.
