The Legal Counsel will work as part of a large In-house function and a sub team of 3 lawyers and get involved in a range of work which will include;
You will provide corporate advice in an in-house Financial Services context
Provide legal support to product areas specialising in funds investments
Coordinating with external legal counsel when necessary.
Contribute to know-how and training
The successful Legal Counsel should have:
Strong academics and training from a regional, national or international law firm.
A background in Corporate law
Experience working in private practice or in Industry as a Corporate lawyer
A competitive salary which is dependent on experience but between £61-70,000
~ Up to 18% pension contribution.
~30 days holiday.
