    Description

    An exciting opportunity to join a growing independent cold-pressed juice bar with two sites based in World's End, Chelsea & Notting Hill.

    Our business is driven by a wholehearted mission to provide fresh food & drink that makes a positive, long-lasting impact on our health & wellness. Our range of products includes cold-pressed juices, smoothies, açaí bowls, salads, hot foods & a range of desserts/snacks.

    The Assistant Manager role involves supporting our Multi sites Manager in managing our store and sales team while sustaining excellent product quality & customer service standards. You will be helping manage the FOH team who operate the till systems as well as produce a range of Made-To-Order products such as coffees, smoothies & açaí bowls.

    Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager

    · Team management including Recruitment & training of Team Members.
    · Helping to review performance, goals & development at all levels.
    · Providing training sessions/refresher training to ensure excellent customer service & quality standards are maintained.
    · Helping maintain KPI's including sales, labour, wastage & mystery shopper targets on a weekly basis.
    · Ensuring health & safety, food safety & hygiene, cash handling, proper equipment use & maintenance are in place.
    · Store management including ensuring there are full merchandising displays, general cleaning, maintenance and waste management.
    · Recognise product quality issues and feed back to Central Production facility to correct these.
    · Manage general enquiries (queries/complaints) and drive sales through Deliveroo.

    · Friendly & professional and energised to provide excellent customer service.
    · Must have a committed, problem solving & can-do attitude.
    · Organised & calm under pressure.
    · Excellent written & verbal communication.
    · Great attention to detail.
    · Good level of financial literacy.
    · Autonomous & able to take initiative.
    · Previous supervisor experience in food & beverage operations is favourable
