    Position: Project Management Officer

    Location: Central London (predominantly on site)

    Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 (dependent on experience) + bonus

    About the Role:

    Our Care sector client are looking for a skilled PMO to support the development of two new sites that are set to redefine luxury senior living. As they expand their portfolio, we need a dedicated individual who can navigate the complexities of property development and construction while ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide comprehensive PMO support for the development of two new sites, overseeing all aspects of project management and coordination
    • Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders, including the Chief Development Officer and Chief Experience Officer, and external partners, particularly the outsourced construction company
    • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, encouraging a culture of teamwork and shared goals
    • Utilize strong stakeholder management skills to align project objectives with business strategies and ensure successful project delivery
    • Apply commercial acumen to project planning and decision-making, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and budgets are adhered to
    • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track
    • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline processes and optimize project outcomes

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • Proven experience in a PMO role within a commercial setting
    • Hospitality, Leisure, Retail or Property sector experience, would be ideal
    • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    • Demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and teamwork within cross-functional project teams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
    • Commercially astute, with a keen understanding of project finances and budget management
    • Experience working in a senior-level capacity, with the ability to operate autonomously and make strategic decisions
