We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Finance Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

This role is a 6 month FTC with a strong possibility it will become a perm role after the initial period comes to completion.


Job Summary:


As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization.

This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee daytoday financial activities, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement best practices.
  • Perform periodic financial reconciliations and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
  • Support financial planning and analysis activities, including cash flow management and investment analysis.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the organization to provide financial insights and support.

Qualifications:

  • Keen to speak with part qu
  • 3 years relevant work experience working with in a commercial finance team
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proven experience working in finance or accounting roles, preferably in a multinational organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
  • Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Excellent proficiency in financial software and MS Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, global environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
