NW Recruitment Services are in search of a skilled Press Brake Setter/Operator with experience in fabrication and sheet metal work. The candidate must have proficiency in using Press brakes. This is a full-time permanent role offering an immediate start.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications
• Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine bending sequences and dimensions
• Ensure the accuracy and quality of finished products through careful inspection and measurement
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and meet project deadlines
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Press Brake Setter/Operator in a fabrication or sheet metal environment
• Proficiency in setting up and operating Press brakes
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and blueprints
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Flexibility to work overtime as required
