    Born out of our work in Formula One, IRIS Clarity addresses a clear need in the CCaaS market, with additional markets now opening up that present significant opportunities across enterprise, notably retail, BPO, digital healthcare, utilities and financial services.

    Following on from our series A round in summer 2023, we continue to execute our hyper growth strategy. This role is part business development, part sales, part account management and part proposition design and management.

    You will own the entire execution of the partner model and work with product, sales and marketing teams across IRIS to deliver these programs.

    This role will suit someone with significant channel experience within the CX, SaaS, or broader customer service space, but to be truly successful in this role you will need to demonstrate clear experience in delivering a cohesive partner strategy covering both the propositional and commercial aspects within a start-up / scale up company.

    Effectively manage existing partnerships, owing the relationship across sales and marketing
    Drive brand awareness, campaigns, and lead generation through our partner activity
    Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas
    Define and execute a strong partner proposition that engages the partner network
    Accurate and timely updates to our CRM (Hubspot) and accuracy in forecasting
    Anticipates clients' needs, investigates the underlying causes and identifies short and long-term solutions, working closely with our solution engineering team
    Nurture existing partners, identify opportunities and threats to performance and act accordingly
    5 years minimum experience in managing partner programs from both a sale and proposition angle
    ~ Strong preference for experience in selling software (cloud-based preferably) within the Digital & Customer Experience domain (Contact Centre, Customer Engagement, Customer Service, Telephony, CRM solutions)
    ~ retail, financial services, utilities, travel & leisure, telcos, etc.
    ~ Proven track record of sales excellence & customer focus, including the stages beyond the sale
    ~ Knowledge of territory/accounts assigned preferred
    ~ Self starter and able to understand and quickly react to changing priorities
    ~ Experience selling at the "C" level and building a mutual action plan that benefits IRIS and the client
    ~ As a brand which lives and breathes audio and wellness, you can imagine the office vibe, we work hard, but we also have a good time along the way.

    Whilst this is likely to be a home based role, we hold twice annual conferences and also spend time together at events in the UK, US and Europe throughout the year, which gives you a chance to connect with your colleagues directly.
