Professional Indemnity Claims Associate – Management Liability, Crime and FI – London

Lockton are recruiting for an experienced Management Liability/ Crime/FI Claims Associate to join the Professional & Financial Risks team in London.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Financial Lines claims which will predominantly relate to Management Liability/FI risks, although a knowledge of other classes of business such as Global Professional Indemnity and Cyber would be advantageous.

Whilst this role is London based, Lockton are operating in an agile working environment, with an expectation of being in the office for some of the working week.

About You

Your knowledge and expertise:

• 5 years' plus Management Liability, Crime and FI Claims experience
• Applicants must have a proven technical and policy interpretation ability
• It is essential that candidates have strong technical claims processing experience with a solid understanding of the London Market.
• Technically, candidates will be proficient in using a number of London Market systems including ECF and CLASS.
• You will possess excellent communications skills and when required attend external client meetings.
• We are looking for someone that has the energy and appetite to learn and proven can develop and progress within our business
• Working towards the ACII would be an advantage
• Management responsibility
