Our client based in West Bromwich is looking for a Payroll Officer to join their busy finance department to support the payroll function on an initial 3-month contract.


Key Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • End to end payroll processing.
  • To ensure that all employees are paid on time in an accurate and timely mannermonthly payroll via our payroll bureau.
  • Processing starters, leavers and holiday requests
  • To deal with all monthend and yearend payroll matters such as P60's and to assist the finance team with any issues relating these payroll processes and associated audits
  • Managing the company's pension schemes
  • Post relevant payroll and pension monthly journals
  • Preparing statutory returns as needed

Salary:
£26k-£28k (Dependant on experience)
