    Programme Manager needed to join our Delivery team here at VML Enterprise SolutionsThe opportunity:Programme Manager required to deliver complex AI solutions to leading brands.

    We require capable individual with significant project and programme management experience as well as experience in managing large scale accounts covering multiple delivery entities.


    What you'll be doing:

    You will be responsible for the management of several project managers from different organisations to ensure there is an integrated delivery plan, timely project reporting is undertaken, and processes to ensure we have accurate issue and risk management, and escalating issues is in place and effective.

    Working in a fast paced and highly responsive environment the candidate must be a highly competent Programme Manager with excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills.


    What we want from you:

    Proven Programme Management experience Experience of managing cross functional teams Experience of creating and managing integrated plansAbility to work closely with support teams to ensure client needs are met across both delivery and support.

    Strong stakeholder management skills Excellent negotiation skills and an ability to handle sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy.

    Accurate and detailed Programme level reporting Ability to manage a plan to ensure it is completed to time / budget and that any escalations are raised in a timely manner and managed accordingly.

    Managing plans to ensure all business teams have completed the necessary platform training in order to complete their "new world" BAU roles.

    Weekly delivery and bi-weekly SteerCo reporting (including attending agile ceremonies to ensure up-to-date comms are delivered to the business) Excellent risk management skills Experience working in an Agile environment.

    Strong time management & organisational skills.

    Excellent communication and relationship management skills Maintain a resource plan showing resource commitment across the projects and keeping track of potential end dates in association with functional lead personnel.

    Keeping track of resource requests and managing fulfilment of these requests internally or externally as appropriate.
