- Provide technical support across a variety of technologies.

- Passion for enterprise-grade infrastructure technology and a minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies - Office 365 / Azure / Windows / Active Directory
- Proficiency in configuring and maintaining devices with Microsoft Endpoint Management.
- Experience with virtualization, backup solutions, and telecoms.
- Networking Fundamentals - Knowledge of protocols.
- Excellent communication skills.
