    The go-to person for applying Scrum to produce high-quality work and coaching team members on Scrum techniques. Ultimately, creating self-organising teams that are flexible and fully productive during sprints.
    through the facilitation of scrum events, defined sprints, retrospective meetings, daily stand-ups, meetings and workshops
    Ensure the Scrum Team understands and communicates progress towards their product goals
    providing clear, relevant, up to date and metrics-based visibility of progress, ensuring data quality and dashboard reporting is always accurate
    with Project Managers, the Delivery Leaders, and Product teams to ensure dependencies are understood and managed
    Lead the training, adoption and coaching
    of Scrum techniques and cadence within the team and the wider organisation
    for stakeholders and Scrum Team(s), maintaining continuous and optimal workflow at a level that is sustainable
    Deliver on a number of initiatives, the breadth and complexity of which will vary depending on experience.
    This role may require travel and working from multiple sites/locations. Willing and able to travel to participate in meetings, workshops, and other related activities
    Recognised Agile qualifications (SAFe Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I).)
    Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP etc.)
    Fluent written and spoken English
    Proven digital product experience i.e., Proven track record of passionately delivering in a Scrum environment, displaying excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
    Experience of successfully operating in a software development environment
