- Design, create and analyse financial models to evaluate potential corporate development initiatives
- Employ "Project Finance" grade cash flow modelling techniques
- Assist/lead in the process of evaluation of new investment opportunities from origination to full execution
- Develop and update Power Point presentations supporting the project development process, investment decision making process and/or our communications with external stakeholders
- Be involved in the due diligence processes
- Build and maintain a network of contacts in the offshore wind energy space
- 3-6 years' experience working in renewable energy corporate finance and/or business development roles as part of an investment fund, advisory firm or renewable energy IPP or Utility
- Excellent financial modelling skills within offshore wind (other renewable technologies would be considered)
- Experience in the negotiation of project financing, M&A transactions, power purchase agreements and/or EPC contracts
