Brief job description:

Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a digital marketing apprentice with PDV Ltd, a direct marketing company based in Watford.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

Learn how to plan, set-up and manage paid advertising campaigns across social media and search.
Regularly track, review, and optimise the online channel mix against KPIs and targets.
Provide regular reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager on performance versus target.
Support the Digital Marketing Manager with onboarding and managing new/existing affiliates and partnerships.
Engage with our followers across our social media fan pages.
Contribute and work with different teams across the business to achieve company and team objectives.
Keep up to date with best practices and emerging online trends and technologies.
Any other duties specified by the manager.

Qualifications:

5 GCSEs grades A*C/94 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

Good numeracy, accuracy, organisational skills along with good oral and written communication skills.

Personal qualities:

Motivated to learn and develop new skills.
Proactive and can work on own initiative.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
Execute multichannel digital campaigns using online platforms.
Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
