Proformance Coaching is a fast growing sports coaching organisation based in Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire.

We deliver fun and engaging football sessions to over 300 children each week aged 2-12, and valuable sports provision to over 1,000 children each week across our network of schools.

We are passionate about developing our coaches and provide them with opportunities and experiences to gain better knowledge and understanding, leaving a positive impact on every child they meet.

We are looking for a part time coach to deliver sessions at our girls only football sessions.

As a Girls Football Coach, you will be the lead coach delivering professional, fun and engaging football sessions at our popular football programmes for girls in Chipping Sodbury, Thornbury and Wotton-under-Edge.

Lead and deliver at our girls only football sessions.
– Deliver a variety of sessions to children aged 2-12 at our football programmes and holiday camps. – Display good practice through planning sessions using our curriculum as a template to build good quality sessions.
– Build relationships with partners such as football clubs and schools to identify areas that the business can support.
– Manage and develop staff during football sessions, football camps and school sports sessions.
– Increase community engagement through events such as presentation days, fairs/fete's, tournaments, PTA events, school events, charity events, fundraising events.
Part time, 3-5 hours per week, Monday – Saturday morning.
– Additional paid work is available delivering sports provision in schools, 1-2-1 sessions, birthday parties and community events.
– 00 per hour depending on experience and hours worked.
– Financial contribution towards future coaching qualifications.
– Ongoing coach development plan to help you develop areas of your coaching.
– Full access to FA, UEFA, sports and social media planning resources.
Experience coaching within football.
– Introduction to Coaching Football / FA Level 1 (or working towards) .
– Valid Full UK Driving Licence, with access to a car/van for transport.
– Confident and outgoing personality when coaching children.
– UEFA C Licence or above (or working towards) .
– Previous experience as a Lead Coach within a football programme.
