- You will be in a client facing position and be responsible for managing service delivery for applications
- Ensure availability of application and continuity of services
- Monitor & report status of services and ensure services as per agreed SLAs
- Ensure that team capacity is monitored on a continuous basis against ticket inflow and provide input for capacity planning meetings
- Ensure effective management of RCAs, Problems, etc.
- Participate and present weekly/monthly Service Review Meetings
- Resolve escalated issues on a timely basis
- Communicate progress and status to the Steering Committee on a regular basis.
- Independently take up and participate in Business workshops, Design End to End solutions with customer
- Delivery management and Extensive experience in leading the SAP AMS engagements.
- Should possess natural analytical way of thinking and troubleshooting issues.
- Understanding new business strategies, providing recommendations for automated solutions to support new strategies.
- Keep project owners and sponsors well informed of progress and challenges. Analyze and present updates regarding project performance, risks, issues, mitigation plans and change requests.
- Prepare and/or present documentation to Information Services Leadership Team and business stakeholders.
- Experience with the following project tools especially valued: ServiceNow SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management), JIRA, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheet, MS Projects or other project planning software.
- Experience with meeting planning and facilitation.
- Experience with vendor management and vendor selection (Requests for Proposal) highly valued.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity and lead through change.
