An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to work at one of our support living homes in Stafford.
Komplex Community is a leading national provider of nurse-led care in client's own homes providing a range of specialist complex care to both adults and children across the country, with the aim of supporting individuals to lead a full dignified lives with each client having their own Operations Manager and Registered Nurse in their preferred place of care.
Deputising for Operations Managers in their absence
Working with the MDT to ensure that care provided is appropriate and relevant to the individual's care package, managing clinical governance within the home
Participating in the pre-admission assessments, assessing client care requirements
Providing safe and effective processes for the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording and disposal of drugs
Formulation of care plans, risk assessment and reviews of support plans
Auditing months documentation and actioning findings
Participating in on-call system to support the nurse in charge
Participating in recruitment and supervision of Nurses and support staff
Promoting choice, independence, dignity, and respect
