Description

Join our dynamic and rapidly growing Global Service & Solutions (GSS) team as an Associate Global Specialist / Project Manager, where you will support the Regional Leader in delivering the defined strategy for growth of the multinational and cross-borderbusiness across Europe.

In addition you will ensure the delivery of services for cross-border clients (headquarters in Europe, or accounts owned by Europe, and multinational clients with presence in this country).

The team offers hybrid working split between the office and home, and the role can be based in either our Ipswich or London offices.


The Role:


  • Working with the Regional lead, setting and executing strategy for the pursuit of GSS, CRB (Corporate Risk & Broking) clients (existing and potential) for Europe
  • Partnering with local Client Relationship Directors, local consultants, GSS and other line of business sales champions/producers
  • In conjunction with Regional lead, assist with the creation and implementation of new GSS CRB COE's in Europe, where no COE created linking current international associates with GSS CRB to roll out and ensure GSS CRB's best practices are followed in eachcountry
  • Assist with training of GSS, CRB teams in each country
  • Support implementation of CSS Mumbai in each country
  • Tracking in each Country GSS, CRB pipeline and sales opportunities in line with Global GSS CRB expectations
  • Support the implementation and ongoing delivery of necessary management information for Regional and Global GSS lease
  • Supporting sales pursuits and GSS, CRB initiatives for the group, as required working with the GSS Sales & Advisory Leads
  • Delivery of GSS, CRB services to assigned multinational clients headquartered or managed in Europe in accordance with the best practices defined by GSS CRB leadership
  • Support service line development, go to market messages and sales & marketing for GSS, CRB activities in Europe
  • Identifies opportunities to crosssell new products and services
  • Utilization of new technologies and central services as defined by the practice clients
  • Provision of day to day service on two major GB accounts in an AGS capacity

The Requirements:


  • Knowledge of the workings of global/multinational insurance programs and global program coordination
  • Ability to articulate and sell the benefits of GSS and the WTW multinational network, assisting in the winning of new large client assignments with multinationals
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate at all levels and ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
  • Ability to coach to develop and retain expertise
  • Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and leverage the resources of other related practices to address client challenges
  • Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple priorities
