    THE ROLE

    We're looking for like-minded, high-performing, driven individuals who want to join our team and be part of building and strengthening our international legal recruitment business.

    We're looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants with at least 12+ months of recruitment experience, or lawyers who are considering a change of career and think legal recruitment might be a path for them.

    We work with many prestigious firms globally within the firm, so it would be a warm desk for someone who understands the legal market to come on board and join the team.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Full 360 role – headhunting and placing legal professionals.
    • Building relationships with new and existing clients.
    • Identifying candidates and building project lists.
    • Contacting potential candidates via database, email and other networking platforms, such as LinkedIn.
    • Conducting headhunting calls and meetings with potential candidates.
    • Market mapping.
    • Specing candidates to prospective clients.
    • Prepping and debriefing with both candidates and clients.
    • Updating our database with all candidate information and recruitment processes for the team.
    • Collecting intel on hiring trends and recent people moves and reporting to the team.
    • Closing candidates and acting as an advisor to both candidates and clients during this process.
    • Drafting job adverts and job specifications.
    • Assisting with drafting blogs and other marketing materials.
    • Assisting with salary guides.
    • Running client meetings.
    • Obtaining testimonials and writing up case studies.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 12+ months of recruitment experience preferred legal recruitment but not essential - would also consider a background in professional services - accountancy, banking and finance recruitment experience.
    • OR a lawyer looking for a career change into recruitment.
    • Bachelor's degree – LLB preferred, but not essential.
    • Driven individual.
    • High attention to detail.
    • Passion for contributing to the growth of the dynamic organisation.

    • Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
