    Ardeta Search is partnering with a leading manufacturing company dedicated to producing high-quality goods is currently seeking a proficient HR Business Partner to join their team.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
    • Collaborate closely with union representatives to negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements, resolve grievances, and manage labour disputes.
    • Develop and execute HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals and conducive to a positive work culture.
    • Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and equitable resolutions in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Partner with hiring managers to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent, ensuring workforce planning aligns with production demands.
    • Provide coaching and support to supervisors and team leaders on employee management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of unionized labour relations.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of labour laws, collective bargaining agreements, and grievance procedures.
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.

    This is an exciting role working with an excellent client salary paying circa £60,000 - £70,00 + Benefits.
