Calling all experienced sales consultants We're on the hunt for 3 experienced, consultative sales professionals to join a growing Cardiff based FinTech, who offer great opportunities to develop and progress your sales career, with a generous basic, uncapped monthly commission and a great team culture, centred around their values of integrity, unity, innovation and passion.

If you have previous telephone-based sales or telesales advisor experience, a background in working in a consultative sales role to match the best product to your customers and fancy a change, then we want to hear from you.

Position:
Insurance Sales Consultant (Outbound Telesales Advisor - Private Medical / Life Insurance)

Salary:
Basic salary between £22,000 and £26,000 (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission (OTE c£50,000pa)

Cardiff Bay

Permanent

Hours:
Shifts between 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday plus occasional weekend working

This new Sales Consultant role will see you contacting customers to help them find the right insurance to meet their individual and family needs.

You will offer outstanding customer service, utilising your knowledge and expertise of the market place to truly offer a unique advised recommendation that best suits your customer.

Main responsibilities include:

Demonstrating exceptional sales ability, building relationships and rapport whilst carrying out detailed fact finds to uncover customers' demands and needs
Effectively matching customers' demands and needs to the best insurance policies available, and fully explaining to individual customers how the recommended policies would benefit them within their specific circumstances
Liaise with insurer partners to determine best industry policies and practices and handle customer complaints and cancellations effectively
Ensuring customers quotations are sent in a timely manner and the correct / relevant documentation is sent
Managing your customer call backs to make sure all customer call backs are made on time and at a time and date agreed with the customer
To be successful in this Cardiff based telesales advisor role, you'll be the type of person that thrives in a targeted outbound sales environment.

Skills and experience required:

Background in a consultative, telesales advisor or sales consultant role
Experience of offering an advised sales process
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Embody the company's core values of integrity, unity, innovation and passion
Have lots of selfmotivation and evidence of achieving challenging sales targets in your most recent employment
Great team player
