Our client is a pioneering Food Manufacturer based in the Tees Valley area, offering an extensive range of private label healthy foods sold across the world.
Their specialist structure is designed to best support their white label customers, offering a unique product development process that injects innovation into each project.
The business is about to embark on revolutionising their facility and drive them into the next phase of growth.Sitting within the Site Management Team, you will play a key role in delivering the organisation's strategy and business plan with responsibility for BRCGS and Customer Compliance.
Your dedicated approach will ensure that all processes are adhered to and that the relevant systems are in place across the production facility.
With experience within Quality and/or Technical, your knowledge will have been built upon the foundations of either a Food related degree or an expansive tenure within the industry.
Bringing dynamism and your own initiative, you will oversee a team of 8 people across Quality and Factory Standards in delivering and maintaining the highest production standards.
Delivering essential training, you will lead by example fostering a food safety culture with a positive mindset and calm demeanour.
You will confidently lead the external audits and ensure all compliance checks are completed according to your schedule and the legal regulations.
