Role: Business Development Representative

Location: Manchester (Hybrid)

The Role:

·Work closely and collaboratively with account executives (also known as sales reps) to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.

·Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.

·Schedule discovery meetings & demos for an account executive to further assess a prospect's business and potential for partnership with Medius.

·Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned.

·Help companies realize the benefits of AP Automation

·Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive.

·Utilize an outstanding tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc) to optimize your productivity and output.

The Ideal Candidate:

Essential:

·Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.

·Full professional English.

·Graduate/Professional – Motivated and Driven to get into complex sales.

Desirable:

·Some experience in sales (retail, car sales... any Sales)

·Able to understand and explain complex products.

·Background in finance/banking/procurement is beneficial.

What you'll get:

·£25,000 - £30,000 base with £47,000 - £52,000 as an overall OTE (uncapped)
