Associate Director - Major Projects

Consortio Recruitment Group have partnered with one of our clients who are a leading Master Developer and Development Consultancy with multiple offices around the UK.
With the very best in their field they are facilitators of major development and infrastructure projects - while every project is different, their approach remains the same; they treat their goals as their own, own every challenge and strive to find the right solution.
With a dedicated project team for every project they specialise in residential, commercial, retail and Infrastructure.
A s a business they work closely with developers, land promotors and owners of land, property and infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe to plan, design, cost and deliver their schemes.
The role /About you
- Your driven project management skills will be focused on the holistic schemes, with ownership for the delivery and long term management of new physical and social infrastructure.
- You will be joining the business and help control the major projects and Master Developer schemes, leading to the creation of exceptional places.
- Achievement of agreed financial and nonfinancial targets is paramount with our clients and partners. Leadership of project teams both internally and externally, with excellent communication and reporting to client teams, key stakeholders and local communities.
- You will be motivated to challenge the status quo, ensure quality, and identify operational / value enhancements of the scheme.
- You will come from a Consultancy background and have been in senior project manager positions, around Residential and infrastructure schemes.
- Experience of delivering complex and sizeable projects.
- Multiple project experience and keeping abreast of these projects.
- Good understanding of current and emerging national planning policy.
- Currently operating in a similar role.
- Significant career success.
