- Large scale Salesforce Implementation Program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgetary constraints
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle, implementing effective solutions to overcome obstacles
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners
- Drive Salesforce implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful deployment and user adoption
- Provide regular project status updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices
- Demonstrated experience in managing Salesforce implementation projects, including configuration, customization, and integration
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project is desirable
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified App Builder) are a plus
