An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Band 4 Admin Team Leader within the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU).

You will lead a team of 6 Ward Clerks and 3 Support Secretaries, who provide a first class admin support service to the clinical staff within PICU.


This role will work closely with the PICU Admin Manager to ensure that high standards of accuracy and data quality are maintained at all times and that tasks are carried out within agreed timescales.

You will have a working knowledge of patient confidentiality and Data Protection.


You must be enthusiastic, approachable, empathetic and have excellent communication and organisational skills, in order to lead and support our admin team to be the best they can be, and to do their best every day.
