Internal Audit Manager - Reading (Hybrid Working) - £ £75000

Our Client:


A large independent organisation who have a footprint across the globe seek a process and controls specialist to join their growing team.

A business with a reputation for retaining and progressing staff, encourage employees to challenge the status quo andpersonal growth.


The Role:

This role is responsible for supporting all business process owners with the design and maintenance of internal controls. You will work with various stakeholders to analyse business processes, identifying control risks and helping to implement appropriatecontrols.


You will also support the integration of new acquisitions and finance transformation projects ensuring the Group is fit for future expansion across the globe.


Duties Include:


  • Support the business to document processes, policies, procedures and controls
  • Work with stakeholders to analyse business processes
  • Identifying control risks and helping to implement controls
  • Assist all business process owners with the design and maintenance of internal controls
  • Support the integration of new acquisitions
  • Support with finance transformation projects
  • Manage the Process and Controls Accountant
  • Develop KPIs, monitor and improve team performance

About You:

Ideally you will have gained your experience within a Top 10 practice.

You will have a strong understanding of internal controls and the ability to build relationships with both finance and operations teams.

You will be a strong communicator who enjoys presenting.
