    Financial Reporting Manager, Basingstoke, Hybrid, £48,000 - £55,000

    Our Client

    Located near Basingstoke, our client is a rapidly growing company seeking an experienced Finance Reporting Manager. This position is ideal for a proactive, part or fully qualified accountant ready to take a strategic role within a collaborative team environment, with a clear path to more senior leadership positions.

    The Role

    • Financial Integrity: Oversee compliance with international financial reporting standards and adherence to internal accounting policies.
    • Consolidation and Reporting: Manage the monthly consolidation of financial results and the preparation of statutory financial statements.
    • Account Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy of financial reports.
    • Cash Management Reporting: Deliver reports on cash management and forecasting to the headquarters.
    • Audit Liaison: Act as the primary contact for internal and external auditors, facilitating audits and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
    • Data Analysis: Support financial analysis and budgeting processes by providing detailed transaction data.
