    As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Supportive/Palliative Care, your responsibilities will include:
    • Helping patients throughout their illness, from pre-diagnosis to end-of-life care.
    • Delivering care across multiple sites, including the Harley Street Clinic and UCH Grafton Way Building.
    • Working closely with a team of Clinical Specialist Nurses and the Lead Supportive/Palliative CNS to deliver exceptional patient-centred care.
