My client has been voted the best consultancy to work for sixyears in a row and are now looking for an individual to head up a newgreenfield ServiceNow implementation.

We are NOT looking for apeople manager but more of a very strong techie/developer withServiceNow who has some people management skills.

It is a verytechnical role and an extremely important role/implementation for myclient.

We need someonewho understands the road maps and the right modules that will need tobe implemented. Someone with good communication skills but someone whounderstands technology and gets truly excited about it.

You will be putting your own stamp on this greenfieldimplementation and helping a top consultancy reach their goal.

What will you be doing?

Taking a key role in agreenfield ServiceNow implementation. From project initiation, togo-live.

System design, configuration, customisation,integration, testing and support.

Implement best practices onthe ServiceNow platform.

Workflow creation.

Ability todefine, document and implement technical requirements.

Experience in integrations (SSO, Monitoring Tools, 3rd Partytools).

Make recommendations and proposals to leadership onroadmap/design for our ServiceNow platform.

Identifyopportunities to automate business processes and end user experiencein general.

Provide mentorship, leadership, and oversight inregard to ServiceNow technology workflows.

Enthusiastic aboutthe opportunities for automation, self-serve and AI assistance, aspart of a broader service management strategy.

Act as atechnical product owner for ServiceNow.

What are we lookingfor?

Experience in leading greenfield ServiceNowimplementations.

Exposure to ServiceNow integrations anddesign.

Well organised and proactive individual who is calmunder pressure with the ability to problem solve.

ITILcertification is preferred.

Experienced in working in an Agileenvironment with the ability to prioritise appropriately.

Accustomed to working in sprints.

Excellent soft skillswith the ability to communicate to all levels within the business.
