- Hiring for this new position within our Oncology team, due to the expansion of our product portfolio covering Scotland, North of England (Cumbria, Lancashire, Northumberland & Country Durham) & Northern Ireland

- Has a deep understanding of the multi-stakeholder environment.
- Regularly analyses and reports on sales performance, to facilitate ongoing data driven decision making.
- Proactively initiates, develops, and implements a growth plan to develop in current position and prepare for future opportunities.
- Develops a Integrated Account Management plan for own territory with cross functional partners in line with brand strategy.
- Identifies opportunities and uses innovation practices to overcome barriers.
- Responds to critical business opportunities and threats
- Experience within commercial in a secondary care setting essential
- Relevant industry sales experience in Haematology or Oncology is preferred, but not essential.
- Knowledge of Industry and local market conditions.
- Practical knowledge and understanding of customer/disease area requirements.
- Identifies and understands policies, protocols and the political environment of institutional accounts that may affect the work of e.g. the account.
- Action planning & Budget management
- Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally and with partners outside of team to enable higher performance
