Contractor Care Manager - Recruitment business

Based:
Central London

Role:


The Contractor Care Manager will sit within my recruitment Clients' Operations Department and will report to the Global Contract Operations Manager.


Duties:


  • Act as the first point of contact for all "House Contractors" making regular checkin calls, troubleshooting problems, and take appropriate action.
  • Developing relationships with contractors to extend their time with the business and ensure they want to stay working with my client long term.
  • Liaising with the Finance & Compliance team to ensure all contractual paperwork pending is completed.
  • Assisting with onboarding of new Contractors and liaising with contractors on a daytoday basis, making sure everything is running smoothly.
  • Dealing with all contractor queries such as payment dates and replying in a timely manner, seeking relevant information needed, to resolve any queries.
  • They are developing processes within the department to enhance my client's brand/reputation in the market.
  • Creating policies and guidelines on best practices for customer experience across the business and training internal staff on this.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years experience within contract recruitment in a contractor care/compliance/recruitment consultant role within a recruitment agency setting.
  • Highly motivated, with good attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse notes and review work processes.
  • Communicate well with all levels, with a confident telephone manner.
  • An ability to handle difficult conversations, seek common ground and have a solutionorientated mindset.


  • Strong IT skills

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Training:


  • Extensive theoretical and practical training from day one and on an ongoing basis.
  • Working in an open plan office, closely with other members/departments. You'll have the opportunity to learn from others, and shadow/ask questions.
  • Progression to develop within a given function within our global business.
