    Description

    We'll look to you to provide planned and reactive maintenance for all areas of plant,making sure plant installations and modifications meet the latest standards and regulatory requirements.

    Our junior staff will look to you for guidance and supervision, as will contractors.

    To join us in this key position, you'll have a predominantly Mechanical background with basic Electrical knowledge, ideally with an Engineering Apprenticeship (or equivalent experience).

    You'll have worked / be working in a Maintenance Engineer / Technician role in manufacturing / production engineering environments, having gained hands on knowledge of equipment including conveyors, motors, gearboxes, hydraulics and pneumatics with any basic electrical fault finding experience highly beneficial.

    Some fabrication knowledge would be an advantage.
    Ideally qualified to City & Guilds/NVQ level 3.
    The ability to use Computer Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is highly desirable.
