New opportunity for In-House Commercial IT & Technology Lawyer to join a world leading organisation.

You will be supporting with pragmatic, commercial legal advice with a focus on IT, Technology contracts as well as Data Protection.


The role will involve:

  • Advising on a wide range of commercial agreements within technology including IT contracts and SaaS.
  • Drafting and reviewing bespoke and nonstandard contracts and supporting with the negotiation of the purchase of all types of goods and services.
  • Handling data protection and privacy matters for the organisation.
  • Solicitor, Barrister, Legal Executive or Foreign Qualified Lawyer, NQ 5 years PQE
  • Applicants will be considered from either an In-House or Private Practice background
  • Background in technology & IT contracts, data protection and privacy risks.
  • Good working knowledge of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Excellent IT and administrative skills
  • Have the ability to communicate with stakeholders across the business at all levels

Salary band:
£50, £70,000.00 per annum (depending on experience) plus bonus and benefits with flexible hybrid working on offer.
