The key duties of the Client Service Associate are as follows:

Involvement in aspects of the client journey, from account submissions to day-to-day query management
Responsible for providing a "best in class" service to new and existing clients.
Respond to client queries within agreed SLAs, to ensure monthly targets are met
Build internal and external relationships to help drive client efficiency
Actively identify opportunities for clients to support their servicing needs
Identify system and process improvements and raise these for consideration
Build indepth knowledge of various business and specialist areas, such as Alternative Investments, Banking & Payments
