The main purpose of this role is to assist and support a student who has a medical condition which may require occasional physical care interventions whilst they are on-campus and involved in other curriculum related activities.

The secondary purpose of the role is to provide technical support in a teaching and laboratory setting.


Previous experience of working in a teaching or laboratory setting is desirable but not essential as all training will be given.

This post will suit someone who is compassionate, bright, and personable; who can maintain a calm and composed demeanour and support others in high-pressure situations; who is willing to learn and embrace challenges as steppingstones for development; who can listen attentively to instructions and guidance and execute tasks meticulously with an eye for detail.
