This is where you come in.


You'll be the Service Owner for our Currency Core Services, running all business-critical services that deliver effortless partner experience to reward members on our loyalty platform.

You will ensure the service delivers high availability, operational resilience, and are standardised to create consistent transactional data.

The service is key to the success of IAG Loyalty and our wider airline customers (British Airways, Aer Lingus, Iberia and Vueling) and millions of their programme members.


The role is truly collaborative, working with key stakeholders to understand data enhancements/requirements to deliver a business-critical product and drive continuous improvement in all key areas.


Here's how you'll add value:


Define and drive the service vision, strategy, and roadmap for our currency service, aligning it with business objectives and customer needs.- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into clear service features and user stories.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Prioritise and manage the service backlog to deliver the highest value. Work with the service team to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements. Engage with end-users for feedback and continuous improvement.
- Analyse key service metrics and KPIs for performance measurement. Communicate updates and milestones to stakeholders. Provide leadership and guidance for Agile practices. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into the product roadmap.

What we're looking for:Significant experience in Product & Services and delivering features to market, with an understanding of other business functions your product will serve.
  • Expertise in managing and building highperforming teams, including offshore remote workers. The capability to work under pressure and manage competing highprofile priorities, both within IAGL and across the airline group. Strong communication and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels, catering to both business and technical audiences.
- Proficiency in Agile frameworks and methodologies.

This role will be based out of IAGL's London Victoria office.

We have a flexible working policy where a blended approach is encouraged, with the focus on being in the correct location for the work that needs to be undertaken.

This will involve a mix of office and home working
