    Role: Business Director (FTC - 1 year)

    ROLE MISSION

    Working in partnership with two of our key Global fashion client s, the Business Director will develop the strategy and has oversight across the output of the team. In close collaboration with the clients, this role understands the complexities around working together with clients on a daily basis and has a strong passion for championing and producing engaging creative across bought media, high-quality graphics, visual merchandising and digital content across platforms. The Business Director is a strong strategic thinker who works closely with the client as a long-term business partner; steering the development of their brand and marketing strategy and building lasting relationships with Brand Directors and Brand VPs.

    ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

    Reporting to the Managing Director, the Business Director oversees two key accounts within their portfolio, the major focus will be H&M & you will have some responsibility across the client. Across both accounts, you will implement the OLIVER strategic vision and drive growth, by d emonstrat ing an ability to add significant value to the development of all clients' business by generating fresh thinking and relevant new ideas, ensuring the agency is always at the forefront of all new initiatives undertaken by our clients, working with other senior members of the team to ensure exposure to the right expertise . You will be partner with the Global Programme Director to ensure that we are delivering the top service possible and take joint accountability for overall relationship and commercial aspects of OLIVER partnership, reporting into the MD , based in the UK. You will lead the OLIVER client services team, including the management of the the client's Regional Leads (Senior Account Directors - 2 x Europe, 2 x APAC, 1 x Americas, 1 x Franchise) and line management of the Global Account Director in Sweden. You will be responsible for reviewing and attending Global Quarterly Business Reviews, working to identify opportunities for expansion and long-term growth, building relationships with the Csuite level Global clients. You will also Act as a second or third escalation point for complex problems and ensure that the team have the tools they need to succeed in their roles.

    WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

    • Exceptional relationship building skills with a track history of creating long-lasting, beneficial alliances with clients
    • Act as t he e scalation point for the client for any issues with your teams, taking a problem-solving attitude and approach
    • C onfident with client interaction and challengi ng them when necessary, whilst maintaining a positive relationship
    • The a bility to negotiate to create win-win compromises with the client on behalf of the team where needed
    • Responsible for the guidance and development of the team so great communication is essential; ability to inspire the team and spot potential

    • Own the execution ofprojects,run ratesand client satisfaction throughcatchupswith job owners and the weekly account/project management WIP.
    • Manage the P&L for the team and forecast operational income to senior management.
    • Implementation of new accounts where applicable.
    • Commerical accumen

    WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL

    • Strong gravitas and the ability to build relationships with senior clients, building trust in the accounts offering.
    • A team player with a client centric focus and possess the ability to build strong and effective working relationships with your teams and colleagues.
    • A deep understanding of running an in-house agency.
    • Competence in managing teams in a matrix environment.
    • Demonstrate ownership of large or complex clients at this level.
    • Experience in FMCG sectors.
    • Experience working with Social media, brand strategy and creative advertising.
    • 10+ years of relevant experience in:
      • Digital
      • Print
      • Motion Graphics
      • Web Design
      • UX-UI
      • Artwork
      • Production
