Rushden

Permanent

Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

Up to £27,000 DOE
Impact Recruitment are looking for a
Customer Service Coordinator to join our Rushden-based client on a permanent basis. You must have experience working within FMCG and logistics, and a track record of providing excellent customer service.

This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing deliveries for various accounts and ensuring the accuracy of export documentation.

This role is office-based from Monday to Friday.

Key duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:

Manage key customer accounts from order entry to delivery, by dealing with queries and any issues accordingly.
Process customer orders and update customers with delivery times, delays, stock availability, and any necessary compliance.
Collate export documentation, paperwork, and liaise with internal teams and 3PL.
Ensure full compliance with company procedures and support the export/customs team to resolve any issues regarding customer deliveries.
Raise purchase orders using SAP.
Provide any other general administrative support as required to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.

Key experience and skills required for the Customer Service Coordinator:

A professional telephone manner and an ability to build good working relationships.
Previous customer service experience within FMCG.
Previous experience in export, shipping, or logistics.
Fantastic organisation and attention to detail/accuracy, with strong time management skills.
Good working knowledge of SAP.
Excellent communication with the ability to work under pressure according to internal and external deadlines.
Adaptable, confident, and reliable.
