- Achieve annual quantitative and qualitative objectives as defined
- Execution of the brand strategy to develop it both in turnover and desirability
- Analyze and identify opportunities to grow in sell-out, brand visibility and brand image
- Propose brand activations and sales incentives with relevant customers
- Assure the visual merchandise is updated and in line with the brand guidelines.
- Implement the plans for new product launches (assortment, timing, sell in, etc...)
- Deliver in-store trainings
- Act as an ambassador for the brand within retailers
- Commercial reporting with sales director
- Passionate about French wine, and a good understanding of the overall wine industry.
- Proven track record of winning new business in top accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills and extremely detail-oriented.
- Excellent presentation and oral communication skills.
- Ability to deliver a strong presentation in an entertaining and educational manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus on key initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills, with aptitude for numbers and spreadsheets.
- Proficient computer skills (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and is a self-starter.
