The post requires flexible working within the team to provide a high quality and responsive service.

The post holder will work alongside the existing neuro-trauma team to undertake clinical assessment and make recommendations in line with agreed standards of care.

Effective communication skills are essential in this role in order to lead the team and effectivly co-ordinate the neurotrauma service including ward rounds, MDT's and both inpatient and outpatient reviews.
