    ROLE: Project Manager

    LOCATION: Maidstone, Kent
    SALARY: Circa. £50,000 - £60,000 plus car allowance/company car, opportunity for progression, some home working

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    • Manage construction projects within the Retail, Commercial, Distribution, and Residential/Mixed-Use sectors, with a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience.
    • Oversee projects from inception to successful delivery of the construction phase.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in managing and delivering small to medium-sized construction projects.
    • Possess excellent technical knowledge and core skills required for successful project management.
    Core Skills and Knowledge:
    • Demonstrate commitment, energy, and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects/client accounts.
    • Proficient in key project management tools including MS Programming Systems, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for project progress reporting, tracking, and presentation.
    • Familiarity with Risk Management processes.
    • Strong understanding of JCT and similar building contracts, competent in the role of Employer's Agent/Contract Administrator.
    • Capable of monitoring project costs and implementing necessary measures to control overspending risks.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
    • Proficient in meeting deadlines and communicating any deviations in a timely manner.
    • Effective influencing and negotiating skills.
    • Skilled in establishing and maintaining trust-based relationships with clients.
    • Proficient in team leadership, providing clear direction and fostering confidence within the team.
    • Conduct business with integrity and professionalism.
    • Display a desire to succeed and continuously increase knowledge and expertise.
    • Collaborate effectively within a team environment for the collective benefit of the company.

    WHAT TO LOOK FORWARD TO
