Our customer, a reputed
Global Law Firm, seeks a
Corporate Tax
Lawyer to join them on a fixed term contract basis for at least 6 months due to busy periods.


The firm has a Stand out corporate and international tax team with a growing real estate, tech, and energy corporate tax practice.

The role will involve working closely with the partners on a range of corporate tax structures.

You will be instrumental in advising a range of businesses and other clients on corporate tax matters including SDLT and VAT, amongst others.


Due to the nature of the work and responsibility involved, you will be an experienced tax lawyer with relevant UK experience in real estate, energy and tech and be available immediately or at short notice.


You will be providing legal advice on all aspects of corporate tax matters, including:

  • Advising on the corporate tax elements of the Energy sector and Real Estate transactions.
  • The team provide strategic and transactional tax advice in the Real Estate and Energy sector to a highprofile client base active in the European market, including large corporates, Read estate funders, investors, managers and developers.
  • They deliver a broad range of work, advising on the structure of joint ventures, Real Estate developments and the largest commercial property acquisitions and disposals, M&A and corporate restructures.
  • Role holder will be an integrated part of the London Tax team, with support from associates and partners in the role.
