NLB Solutions are working exclusivity with a large business in Hemel Hempstead that are looking for someone that has experience in call handling and/or credit control.

You will be working within a small team, calling clients with outstanding debt, helpingand advising on payment plans where required, solving queries and general administration.


Duties:


  • Customer services/Call handing
  • Credit control
  • Administration
  • Investigating/solving queries

Person Spec:

  • Experience of working in a busy call handling role
  • Some credit control experience would be beneficial
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
