- Strong financial management skills, with experience managing project budgets of at least £5 million.
- Demonstrated expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Experience delivering technical software projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of telecom industry standards, protocols, and regulations.
