    Our Opportunity to Deliver the Nation's Security.

    This role supports the ever increasing need to protect our national security through development of software applications in an Agile environment to collect data, analyse it and allow our customers to make information aware decisions.

    We have multiple positions for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches alike that have relevant security clearances and those that are able to gain them.

    Act as a servant-leader and facilitator to support teams in the day-to-day operation of their lean-agile practices or work with several teams in an advisory / coaching and assurance capacity

    Lead on the identification of training and development needs, for the team as a whole and for individual team members as required
    Support teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals through training, coaching and mentoring
    Practical experience of servant-leadership in agile teams
    Thorough knowledge of agile principles, practices and methods, particularly Scrum
    Holds an advanced Scrum Master certification e.g. Experience of Agile Coaching or qualifications including ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC or ICE-AC
    A truly Agile team that supports one another to deliver high quality outcomes.

    You will be working on a Scaled Agile project however per-experience of scaled agile working is not a requirement, a strong fundamental understanding of Agile principles and application of Scrum are more important.
