£24,000 - £26,000 per annum.


Location:
Leicester (Hybrid - Office days are expected to be Tuesdays and Thursdays)

_The role_


This is a great opportunity to join a team on the cusp of a market driven opportunity to generate substantial revenue.

This role opens the door for the right person to have a huge impact on the business' revenue and make an immediate impact.


As the Metering Project Co-ordinator, you will be the go-to person when it comes to successful rollouts by keeping customers informed with progress and holding providers accountable to their deadlines.

You will play a role in the delivery of the department's other objectives in relation to Meter Operator Services (MOP) & Data Collection Services (DCDA), to ensure that our clients receive a world class service, with value added to meet their requirements.

You will work with the Line Manager to track, monitor and report on task progress, whilst maintaining strong relationships with relevant clients, internal stakeholders, and suppliers


Other tasks will include:

  • Ensure relevant processes are maintained and adhered to for all metering and data contracting services
  • Ensure records are up to date and assist in the development of internal systems relevant to metering and data provision
  • Support with the correct appointment of agents to provide revenue to Consultus
  • Ensure delivery of data and liaise with providers to ensure completeness
  • Liaising between providers and clients handling any queries that may arise
  • Ensuring timescales are adhered to and installations are carried out in a timely fashion, while tracking & communicating progress
  • Supporting the wider team by performing other duties that may be advised by the Line Manager from time to time
  • Provide ongoing aftercare
  • Ensure internal logs and reports are kept up to date

This is a great opportunity for someone who is well organised, who has a semi-technical understanding and doesn't mind picking up the phone to push progress.

Sometimes projects may take longer than expected, but the satisfaction when they are completed makes it well worth it


To be successful as the Metering Project Co-ordinator, you'll need to have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to accurately report on progress, whilst working to deadlines.

Excellent time management and interpersonal skills are essential, we're looking for a reliable team player.

Other experience and skills required include:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow processes from start to finish and in a timely manner
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook
  • Strong customer service experience
  • Being selfmotivated with a strong focus on delivering excellence
  • Experience of collaborative working to ensure continual development
  • Negotiation skills

Although not essential, it would be very beneficial if you have previous energy industry experience, especially within metering and data contracts.

Involvement with data management and sales would also be beneficial.
