Our Agriculture team certification body that operate a number of plant and animal-based assurance schemes. We audit and certify that farms meet scheme owner standards.We are looking for an Red tractor Dairy assessor to join our team of Self employed contractors in the Scotland area.
Minimum of NVQ Level 3 in an Agricultural related subjectAND/OROn farm experience preferably having worked on a farm & had some management experience or stockperson experience, with responsibility for health & welfare of livestock.
The ability to communicate with and engage with both the farming community and colleagues in a confident and patient manner whilst ensuring understandingEnthusiastic and energetic with a keen eye for detail and a passion to improve standardsAbility to manage conflict/difficult situationsAble to manage own time, plan in work and organise to meet deadlinesRespect for individual and Company confidentiality rightsDemonstrate a flexible approachProficient with key Microsoft Office software, i.e.
