As an Associate, you will be part of a high impact team focused on delivering exceptional customer service in the context of both People and Customer Promises within the Investor Insight team.

Reporting to an Insight Senior Associate, you will be responsible for the delivery of timely, accurate and high-quality MI reporting.

In addition, the role requires the Associate, to lead, empower and develop individuals to fulfill their potential and deliver world class customer service.

Responsibilities:


In this role you will:


  • Ensure that the team deliver on key Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & KPIs through effective leadership within the Investor Insight operation
  • Have a clear understanding of the Private Equity industry and Fund structure in order to be able to formulate questions to the Fund Managers regarding transactions and financial statements and be able to make independent judgements and formulate
  • Have a clear understanding of the Private Equity terminology, performance metrics, types of fees and expenses.
  • Drive performance management across your team, constantly raising the bar in terms of delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Create a culture of right first time to make sure that both internal and external customer journeys are not impacted on
  • Review output of colleagues and ensure that the quality of MI reporting is accurate and in line with expectations.
  • Understand existing reporting and the PCO processes and procedures in order to be able to effectively use the existing quarterly report and PCO data processing templates.
  • Be capable of independently conducting analyses of financial statements and capital account movements, extracting correct quantitative and qualitative information from financial reports.
  • Understand Limited Partnership Agreements and all other relevant legal documents to be able to find and summarize information relevant to Portfolio Monitoring.
  • Liaise closely with other internal departments to ensure timely accurate client reporting.

Qualifications:

You are a good fit if:

  • Experience of using SQL and Power BI to generate data for analysis/report is desirable.
  • Proven success of operating in a leadership position in complex and fast paced environments, is essential
  • A highly effective leader with strong communication skills, with the ability to galvanize, motivate, engage with a team to deliver optimum performance
  • Exceptionally people and customer orientated with a passion for delivering consistently good customer outcomes
  • Previous experience of working in the Private Equity industry is desirable.
  • Degree in a numerate discipline is preferable.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Identifying how to approach work; prioritizing and planning work in an organized manner, monitoring and measuring progress.
  • Confident with managing stakeholders, internal and external, to a senior level. Influencing change and engagement, and well versed in reporting and presenting.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet client deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and curiosity to investigate outofpattern items and to always ask "Why".
  • Experienced in working with multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office.
